How long will my order take?
Rier offers an exclusive "made to order" selection of iconic items. In order to prevent overproduction and landfill, your Rier items will be individually cut, sewn and knitted once your order is placed. Please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for production, until the item is delivered directly to you.
Can I return an order?
Rier has created its exclusive "made to order" online shop to produce garments on demand with highly qualified artisans and craftsmen. Made to order items are therefore excluded from unjustified returns. Returns can only be accepted if an item is faulty or damaged during shipping.
How do I make a return?
If the item you received is faulty or damaged from transportation upon reception, please contact the Rier customer care team email@example.com
Can I change my «made to order» item after I ordered it?
Requests to amend orders are possible within 24 hours after the order is placed. Any amendments thereafter will result in the order being cancelled. Rier will have to charge the extra costs. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for any further information.
How long does it take to process a return?
Depending on the nature of your return, processing times may vary between 5-10 days.
What packaging does Rier use?
The packaging chosen by Rier is assembled from multi-purpose, recycled materials. It is a discreet, effective gesture for us to reduce waste, and give materials a second life, before being recycled again.
What shipping method do you offer?
Rier offers complimentary UPS carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. Taxes and custom duties are included within the EU.
Can I check my order status?
You will be contacted by Rier once your item is completed. Should you request updates in between, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I track the shipping process?
You will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking number via email, after your item is shipped.
