RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN MY RECEIVED ORDER?
RIER has created an exclusive "made to order" online shop where all the items get
produced on demand by highly qualified artisans and craftsmen after you placed your
order. Therefore return inquiries can only be accepted if the ordered item is faulty or
was damaged during the shipping proccess. 
 
 
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If for some reason, you feel as the item is faulty, please contact the RIER
customer service team 
rier@rierofficial.com within 6 days after you received your order.
Send one or two large well lit photos of the demages, along 
with your order number and
we will contact you to replace or repair your 
ordered item.
 
  
WHAT IF MY KNITWEAR DOESN'T FIT?
In case your ordered size don't fit the way you expected, then RIER offers the
first fitting without extra charge. Any additional fitting will be charged.
 
 
CAN I CHANGE MY "MADE TO ORDER" ITEM AFTER I ORDERED IT?
Requests to amend the order are only possible within 24 hours of order placement.
Any amendments thereafter will result in the order being cancelled and you will
be charged the extra costs. 
   
  
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Depending on the nature of your return, processing times may vary between 5-10 days.
