HOW CAN I PAY?
RIER ensures the absolut safety of your credit card and personal information.
All payments preceed via a fully secured and reputable third party payment
processor. RIER accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal.
  
  
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED FOR TRANSACTION?
All transactions are processed in EURO.
 
 
WILL THERE BE SALES TAX INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Yes, on orders within the EU sales tax will be included.
If you live outside of Europe, you may be required to pay customs and import duties
upon the arrival of the goods in your home country. RIER is not responsible for any taxes or duties
the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs. 
Please check with your local customs office for more information as customs policies

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

Rier works with highly qualified craftsmen. If for some reason, you feel as
though the item is faulty, please contact the RIER customer service team
rier@rierofficial.com within 6 days after you received your order.
Send 1 or 2 large well lit photos of the damages, along with your order number
and we will contact you to replace or repair your ordered item.

 
  
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After you placed your order, you have 24h to cancel or change your ordered items.
After 24h your order will be confirmed and processed- from that point on refunds
and exchanges are excluded.
